

The Fleet Business Improvement District (BID) Board is made up of 10 volunteer Directors. Eight of the Directors represent levy paying businesses across different sectors. The Board also includes a Company Secretary and representatives of both Hart District Council and Fleet Town Council (both also in the BID area). The Board is supported by a BID Manager.
Tyler is the owner of 217 Menswear in Fleet. He has 12 years’ specialist retail experience working for independent retailers and has a thorough understanding of the issues they face. He was a member of the Fleet Business Forum and is a member of both the Improving the Experience, Money Saving and Marketing working groups.

Bruce has over 35 years’ experience in the Financial Services Industry and is a co-founding Partner of Chadney Bulgin which was established in Fleet in 1993. Bruce leads the Money Saving working group identifying opportunities to save money for levy payers in the BID area and is a member of the Events & Markets and Marketing working groups. Bruce was a member of the Fleet Business Forum and is the key representative of service businesses in the BID area.

Tim has over 20 years’ accountancy experience and heads up the Fleet office of Kirk Rice LLP, who have been established for over 30 years and opened an office in Fleet in 2018. He is a partner in the General Practice and Audit department specialising in audit, small and medium enterprise(SME) financial reporting, and taxation, as well as providing more general business consulting. He joined Kirk Rice in 2002 after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant.

Mark Guinea is the Business Manager based at McDonald's Fleet having worked at McDonald's for 21 years. Mark has worked in Fleet for many years. Outside of work Mark is a lifelong Sunderland supporter and enjoys time on the golf course

Tracey has 25 years’ experience in marketing and project management and, for the last 3 years, has been working as a marketing consultant supporting small and medium companies and encouraging people to support their local independent businesses. She was a member of the Fleet Business Forum and is now working as the BID Manager on a part time basis to support the BID to deliver key projects to benefit levy payers.
