Following the success of previous mental health first aid training the Fleet Business Improvement District will be hosting a One Day Mental Health Champion Awareness and Skills Course .
This course will equip attendees with:
- An understanding of common mental health issues
- Knowledge and confidence to advocate for mental health awareness
- Ability to spot signs of mental ill health
- Skills to support positive wellbeing
This a Mental Health First Aid (England) (MHFA) course and qualifies attendees as an MHFA Champion.
