We at MASH believe that great craft beer is for everyone. MASH is an independent and innovative brewer coupling beer styles and techniques from across the world. These beers are lovingly brewed with premium malts, whole hops and local Hampshire water.
Our view is that each one of our beers is distinctive in its own right, we don’t believe in bland. For example MASH Pale is a bit of a hybrid and could be classed as a “lager” but with a nod to West Coast American craft brewing styles. At the other end we have a moreish Chocolate Stout with a range of roasted malts and dark chocolate added into the boil. These are at two ends of the scale but united by our desire to bring you beers of true character.
Whatever the occasion drinking at home or out at one of Britain’s great pubs we believe that you will enjoy our beers whatever you are doing. We love making our beers and we hope you will love drinking them too.

All honey is harvested individually from each apiary and labelled with the location enabling customers to buy a honey that really is local to them.
Sites are chosen based on their unique benefit for the bees. Each have something special for them to work. Each season they also take around 35 – 40 hives to the New Forest where they harvest a crop of heather honey for which they have won National Honey Show awards.
All the wax products are made from their own beeswax and are made by themselves on a small scale, each with an individual natural aroma of honey.

Silent Pool Gin is our signature product created by Cory Mason our Master Distiller. The gin takes its name from the mythical spring-fed Silent Pool from which we draw our water. Each batch is crafted by hand in a bespoke copper still designed exclusively for our distillery.
We power our still the traditional way, burning locally sourced hard wood in a vintage steam boiler. Using fresh spring water pumped from the Silent Pool, and the finest 24 botanicals using locally sourced such as Lavender whenever possible. We have succeeded in creating a smooth, full-flavoured gin that is traditional yet refreshingly individual.
